Central Texas Dental Assisting is taught in partnership with the Continuing Education Department at Texas State University (www.txstate.edu/continuinged/). Our course is unique in that it is held in an actual practicing dental office giving students the ability to learn hands on with state-of-the-art equipment that they will be using in their new career. You can visit Dr. Donnelly's website at sanmarcosdental.com to view the procedures and technologies he currently uses in his office. The teaching is stimulating, fast paced and relies heavily on your participation. Your instructors are experienced and practicing Dental Assistant Professionals who are highly qualified to help you learn the skills of the trade.

We have years of experience helping students learn the art of dental assisting and have structured the course with an emphasis on the latest techniques and technology training. All classes meet on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in order for you to continue your current job while learning for your new career. Our class size does not exceed 15 in order to ensure you are given the practice time and assistance to feel confident in your abilities. Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate of achievement and dental assisting pin. Classes do fill quickly so register at your earliest convenience in order to guarantee your place in the class.
